What Pranalife Yoga is:

Yoga Classes and Private Sessions – Pranalife Yoga is a vinyasa (flow-style) yoga designed by Movement Teacher and Pranalife Yoga Founder Asia Nelson, and taught by Pranalife Yoga Certified Instructors. Our sequences (see a sample class HERE) move your joints through a healthy range of motion while every part of your body re-learns a balance of strength and ease. And we’ve got your back, literally: Our movements are based on the research of back pain expert Dr. Stu McGill (get his latest book, Back Mechanic).

We take yoga’s philosophy into the 21st century; meditation and breath practices are practical, simple to learn, and effective – without being esoteric. We’re here to help you be better at being who you want to be in the world, from feeling stronger and freer in your body to calming your mind and shaking old habits that don’t serve you.

What Pranalife Yoga isn’t:

WE ARE NOT A YOGA STUDIO.

But we do teach in them, including @ Community of Hearts Yoga (owned by Pranalife Certified Instructor Selam Debs).

When you come to a Pranalife PowerFlow Yoga class, be ready to be challenged. We build up to big, challenging movements but from simple starting points, so you can do what you’re ready for, every time. You’ll be doing weight-bearing on your hands and knees and core strengthening work that’s safe – and not always easy!

We’ve taught people with a range of abilities and LOVE moving with anyone who’s excited about yoga. In classes, we can’t address each individual need (though we offer plenty of modifications) – that’s what our private sessions are for. Know your limits and what you really want from a yoga class, and choose Pranalife Yoga only if it fits you.
