This workshop will be a blend of lecture, movement practice, creative exploring, and Q&A. We’ll move to explore common yoga postures from a core balancing/strengthening/stabilizing perspective. There will be a reasonable amount of sitting, so bring something to make that comfortable to do on the floor (a firm cushion is ideal) and feel free to sit closer to the back if you need to stand or get up to walk.
What to bring: Your yoga mat, something comfy to sit on for the lecture time (e.g., a cushion), water, tools for taking notes, your curiosity, and an open mind ready to be changed about a few things.
